Welcome to Unit 7. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.unit7sports.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

Unit 7 is a sole trader registered in Pakistan. You can contact us at +92 328 113 1116.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products

We sell gym and fitness equipment, apparel, accessories, and related products ("Products").
We make reasonable efforts to display Product colours, sizes, and details accurately, but we do not guarantee that images and descriptions are 100% accurate (screen displays vary).
All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any Product at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) and are subject to change without notice.
Prices may or may not include taxes/duties depending on your location; this will be made clear at checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order through our accepted payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card, etc).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Product Warranties and Disclaimers

Some Products may carry a manufacturer's warranty; details will be provided where applicable.
Products are sold "as is" except as expressly stated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such disclaimers are not permitted by law.
Fitness/Health Disclaimer: Our Products are intended for general fitness use. Always consult a physician before beginning any exercise program or using fitness equipment, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition. You use our Products at your own risk.

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unit 7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or personal injury resulting from misuse of fitness equipment. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product.

This section does not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so (e.g., for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Unit 7 harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Products.
